Every time this skill is invoked, the user input is parsed and processed by Amazon's Alexa service. This service then passes us the request which we deal with and takes the response back to the user. All this traffic passes through your ISP (Internet Service Provider) encrypted. Alexa stores additional information about user interaction which we may use for statistical purposes.
All our services and data we managed are hosted in AWS. Traffic and access is secured using AWS services.
